About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across the CEE and CIS regions. This role sits within a dynamic international marketing team, supporting the OTC portfolio through tailored, insight-led campaigns that span TV, digital, print, and more.
You’ll work closely with local affiliates, creative agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure media plans are impactful, compliant, and adapted to local market needs — all while driving digital innovation and continuous optimisation across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of regional media strategies (TV, print, digital, social, OOH)
Collaborate with local market teams and external agencies to tailor campaigns to specific audiences
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, applying insights to optimise results
Ensure full compliance with relevant pharmaceutical and advertising regulations
Identify digital trends and opportunities to drive innovation across channels
Coordinate budgets and media buying activities in line with marketing goals
Support internal reporting and contribute to strategic marketing discussions
What You’ll Need
Experience working with media agencies and/or in-house marketing teams
Solid background in media planning, buying, and campaign execution
Proven track record of managing multi-channel media campaigns (traditional and digital)
Strong collaboration and project coordination skills across international teams
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 1 week per month)
