Chris has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for almost 15 years and has lived in various countries across Europe. During this time, he has watched the recruitment market become saturated. He believes that the only way a recruiter can really add value to their clients’ businesses is to become tightly focused on a niche area and know everything there is to know about it. Establishing GxPeople was an easy decision, born out of both client and candidate demand for a specialist Quality recruitment agency. Quality and pharma is an area that Chris understands intricately which means he can perfectly match client to candidate every time.
Mark’s huge interest in life sciences led him to join GxPeople in 2015. Somia graduated with a pharmacology degree and has an extensive knowledge of drug life cycle and applications. Following her studies she decided to go into the pharma industry where she is able to apply her knowledge on a more unique and personal level.
